Thredbo Alpine Coaster
Construction is underway for Thredbo’s Alpine Coaster which was granted Development Approval earlier this year. The coaster is set to diversify our recreational offering by providing a year-round all-weather rail-guided toboggan ride. Passengers will be able to control their speed of up to 40 kilometres per hour as they ride the 1.5-kilometre coaster through a mix of uphill and downhill tracks, a tunnel, bridges and circles that traverse the alpine environment.
The Thredbo Alpine Coaster is planned to be in operation for Winter 2024.
